The door greeters are horrible. The machine scans it, why do you need the receipt? To stand in front of the cart and demand a trashed receipt is insane. Management doesn’t care much but they should because they are treating people like criminals. I pay money for this place and still get treated like trash. Have more respect for people!

The pizza slices at the cafe always have the dough half raw and gooey. I mentioned this to them and they just said: "Yeah we're having problems with our oven." This has been months now...can they not at least bake it longer if they're not going to fix the oven?

This is the first Sam's I ever went to when I got my membership so I am being biased. It's really nice. Clean, and functional. Not giving it five star cuz one time I dropped my pizza in the food court but they made me buy another one. Coulda hooked a broth a up but I digress.

Waited over an hour in line just to finally get told by the manager that there was no point because they handed out tickets, and if you don't have a ticket you don't have a box. They had over 200 people waiting outside over an hour just because they didn't communicate. Could have been 1000% better just by using proper communication.

Would not recommend spending the money on a membership here. I made a curbside pickup order last night for 6pm and when I went to leave to pick it up I got a message they were delayed and hadn’t started my order. This was a bit annoying but also had no problem rescheduling it for the next morning at 8am. When I arrived at 8am the next day my order was still not ready and they claimed it wasn’t in their system and it was probably cancelled. However I had a bank statement showing I was charged and I would even be willing to go grab my order myself that I was charged for. After talking to costumer service they said that was not allowed and they could not help me. The person I spoke with didn’t even know how to help me actually cancel the order so I could get a refund. Later that same day I made the same order for delivery because I needed those grocery’s and I was charged $75 for a package of brats l that online said they were $14 and was even confirmed with my shopper. When speaking with someone again that I didn’t want the brats if they were going to be $75 because I was ensured they were only $14 I was met again with the same response of there is nothing they can do.
